Product: X-ring

X-rings are double-action seals with four lips that have a square like cross-section. Due to its unique X-shape, the pressure is distributed in a superior way, which in turn provides better sealing and lower friction in comparison to the O-rings. X-rings are generally preferred for dynamic applications where less abrasion is favoured.

Material: NBR

NBR has excellent oil resistance thanks to the polar nitrile functionalities along the polymer chain. NBR is usually preferred for applications involving exposure to oil, fat, grease, and fuel due to its excellent resistance to non-polar fluid as well as to wear. The service temperature range of NBR is typically between -30 to 90ºC.
